Unfortunately, it did not work for me
Bought it to upgrade my Mac Air. Tried for a couple of days with no luck. The system sometimes will boot, sometimes do won't, and sometime the system does not know it's existence. But I really wanted to give it another chance. I asked for the replacement. Unfortunately, the new drive did not work either. 1. the drive does not 100% fit to the position (the first one was ok), 2. the system can't see the drive. With the struggling of the first time, I returned it and waiting for the refund.

Either faulty or does not work on MacBook Air A1466
After numerous attempts at trying to install this, it’s only recognized as an external drive when inside the A1466. We couldn’t format it and transfer all the data from the original. I did however purchase and 2nd one for my MacBook Pro from 2015 which had no issues.
