I am extremely happy that I purchased a two-pack (1 black, 1 color) of Inkni refurbished 61XL printer ink. I recently bought a used, but very nice, HP Envy 4502 printer. The seller stated that the black ink was nearly gone but the color ink was almost full, so I checked around Amazon for the best deals on printer ink. The Inkni refurbished cartridges seemed to have earned mostly positive reviews from verified purchasers so I ordered them. The price was fantastic (about half the cost of HP brand ink). After attempting to print a couple of pages with the ink that was in the printer when I bought it, it was clear that I was going to have to switch out the cartridges already in the printer for new ones. In went the Inkni ink. The printer informed me that I had inserted refurbished ink cartridges (duh!) but I clicked continue and proceeded to print the alignment page, which came out perfectly. So has every page since. I took advantage of the subscribe & save plan so I should never run out! I have already recommended this product to friends and will continue to do so. Thank you for a quality, affordable printer ink cartridges that work every bit as well as I had hoped they would. 😊

I thought my printer was dead and its only purpose moving forward would be the scanning function. I used a big box (c*stc*) company's printer ink refill service. I had read so many reviews about how the HP printers had no issues recognizing and using the refilled carts. But me? Nope. To their credit, my printer read and recognized the color but failed to register the black.Got these cartridges and they were recognized. I tried the black first to see if the refilled color cart would print. The HP tool recognized the black right away. Full ink!!! I attempted to print a test page with the refilled color cart and this black cart. Didn't work. I only got black ink. So while the big box refill registered as full, it did not print at all.At least the I now know the black works. I removed the faulty refilled color big box cart and inserted this color cart. Ran HP tool...nothing. Did not pick up the cart, no ink levels shown, nothing. I took the color cart out and with the supplied eraser nub, rub the chips contacts and wiped it down. Then I wiped away any leftover ink on the head. Reinsert and BOOM! HP tool recognized and read the cart info. Full cart!!!Final test. Printed a couple of test pages. They came out perfect. These ABSOLUTELY worked for me. They should work for you too.Now instead of contributing to consumer eWaste, I can keep this printer and I'll just keep buying these carts. Another great option included is a prepaid baggy envelope to send your old cartridges to them. If they can fix the my non-functional carts and minimize waste, then I'm all for it. Would recommend.

After reading the reviews I decided to buy this replacement ink cartridge-so glad I did. Will definitely buy again. I put them in and no adjusting was needed they printed right off the bat. You honestly can't tell they aren't the H/P brand. Great find!!!!!

The cartridges were both (black and color) recognized by the printer as expected and we expected to get near the stated 480 pages from the XL. When the black cartridge was reported empty, the color had about half; we had printed 182 pages of standard office documents (some branding logos, mostly typical calibri text). These cartridges functional are fine, but the XL we received printed just over half of the page count I would expect from the standard 61 cartridges. Your mileage may vary, but I'm currently testing other remanufactured ink cartridge vendors.

Have installed both the blk and the color, and both performing as expected. Very happy to have this option, given the rip-off prices of the brand name versions of these items.

I am always hesitant about ordering/buying refurbished ink cartridges because of the printer not recognizing them. I'm happy to say, these were recognized immediately! The print quality is great too. I will be buying these again!

When I put these cartridges in my printer, they did not work. When I opened the packaging, I got ink all over my hands. Once they were in my printer, it would not print, and it kept saying the cartridges were damaged and needed to be replaced. I can't believe I wasted so much money on ink that I can't even use. Don't waste your money, too.

Handled them very gently, cleaned off the bottom part and the contact deal multiple times, loaded them in the printer several times and got error messages every time. I’m returning these as soon as I can get other print cartridges. Ink leaks like a sieve. Waste of money and time.
