Lord, Renew Your Wonders: Spiritual Gifts for Today

One of the best books on the Christian faith I have ever read. Remarkable.

I've been in ministry for 30 years and have read many books over the course of the years. Recently participated in the Prophetic Conference on line and felt the book would be a way to further the experience. It's easy to read and there is always more to learn!

Our family heard Damian Stayne speak for the first time at the Golden Jubilee celebrations of the Catholic Charismatic Renewal in Rome. JESUS commissioned us to go out to all creation to preach the Gospel, heal the sick and cast out demons and sent the Holy Spirit to help us! Damian and his community Cor et Lumen Christi travel and bring GOD's love and mercy to people around the world. This book brings Damian's experience and learnings to exhort Catholics and Christians especially the laity to operate in the power and authority of JESUS through the gifts of the Holy Spirit!

I enjoyed this book especially the last half

I studied this book in an eight week class and it stood up to the scrutiny very well. I have met Damien Stayne before (and in fact was healed at the time) and so was already impressed by his ministry. The book only increased my respect. Everything is very sound and carefully supported by scripture and experience in the ministry. The prayer and action procedures recommended in the book are compelling and inspiring, documenting his own journey into mountain-moving faith.

A faith building book of what Christians should expect from their faith, Written from a catholic perspective but useful for all denominations that believe the miraculous is an attribute of faith.

This is a truly wonderful faith building book. Damien has been able to write profound principles in a simple way that I found easy to understand. His journey of faith is beautifully written with many references to scripture and examples from real life. This book is a wonderful resource for anyone who wants to be be used by the Lord to bring healing to others. He also explains the charisms of prophecy, words of knowledge, miracles and tongues in a way that is scriptural and easy to read. I can recommend this book to everyone of all Christian traditions.

Very interesting personal testimonies, I like the idea that the gift of healing and medicine can work together (also documented by author's experience) and the remarks regarding the importance of family life.In my oppinion, this is a very useful book for Christians who want to get familiar with the spiritual gifts of prophecy and healing.
