YRGF-1101 You Rock Guitar GameFlex Cartridge for PS3

Works great on my Linux PC with Frets On Fire! No drivers needed. Worked perfectly right out of the package.

If you've got a YRG and a PS3 I'd highly recommend grabbing one of these. In fact.. if your considering purchasing a YouRock guitar, I would consider using it for Guitar games with the PS3 a main reason to go ahead and make the purchase. Much much better to play the YRG frets than the big clunky colored buttons on the cheap plastic ones they make for the games. Another thing you might want to know is that you can play all the strings or just the top string or any string you want and also you can use the 5 frets at the top of the guitar or the bottom. I find it much more comfortable to play the bottom frets if your going to play more than a few songs. If I'm not mistaken there are only a few very expensive GH guitars that allow you to play the lower frets.Over all worked effortlessly for all the PS3 GH games. Also worked great with Rock Revolution which is an imitation GH game that happens to have a damn fine selection of songs if you like real 80's Metal (Whitesnake, Iron Maiden etc)
