The media could not be loaded. Do not recommend that anyone purchase this. I purchased the item, and unfortunately, it was a complete disappointment. Right out of the box, the device failed to work as expected. It would not connect to the WiFi probably because it seems a button was jammed. To make matters worse it was in horrible condition despite the description being labeled as very good. It did not come factory reset so I had to erase other people’s information. Horrible purchase and returning asap!

Received this PSP in good shape. Works great. Was missing the 2nd battery that was promised. Contacted seller and the took care of the problem by sending me a new battery. Can’t watch any of my movies on it…. But that was expected because of the licensing issues.

Works very well and looks beautiful like brand new!!! Excited to try more games with it!

We purchased the product for our son for Christmas. When we received the product it was flimsy and dirty. Our son tried to start the product but it would not come on. We immediately sent the product back to the seller. We assumed, incorrectly, that both the seller and Amazon would stand by the product. We were within the return period and purchased a warranty as well. Once we returned the product the warranty was voided as well. The seller accused us of trying to modify the item, which was an absolute lie. We were refunded shipping costs and nothing else. I would encourage everyone to not purchase items from this seller. There are other ratings that support my experience. In addition, we reached out to Amazon about this experience at least three times. Although the notes regarding or exchange with both the seller and Amazon was available no one seemed to be able to understand that the seller sold a defective product. Honor what you sell in your site.

The console itself is amazing I'm very happy with it there's very little flaws anywhere on it however the power cable they include only functions if the barrel is in a specific angle and only in that one position I would have given five stars if they gave it quality charger for it but the charger is one of the cheapest cables in general I've ever touched console itself is great charger sucks

I’m speechless this is a replacement PSP for my limited edition Darth Vader 2000 series yes this a 3000 series PSP and I’m blown away it looks brand new the OG battery doesn’t want to seem to charge with the original charger so I’m using the charger supplied with the PSP and I thought I was going to have to replace the shell in case I didn’t like it I love it it looks new yes the blue ring on the back has scratches on it it looks like I had it for a few months looks better than my PSP 2000 series yes I put darth Vader on my 3000 series psp it fits so why not the OG cover was flawless I happen to like Vader better lol. Sorry this is so long of a review I’m just shocked it looks damn near perfect. Absolutely gorgeous if you want a blast from the past handheld console this is it

I don't leave a lot of reviews, but this warranted one so future buyers can know what they are getting into. This item was knowingly bought "refurbished" which to me means used, but functional. It was not functional when it arrived for a variety of reasons. I initially thought it would not charge because the battery door was so loose it would fall off for no reason whatsoever but it ended up being more than that. The battery that was in the unit was very badly bulged and the door would not have stayed on no matter what due to the pressure it put on it. I also discovered the charge port is worn out so that even with a good battery, it will never charge from the charge port. It will charge from a USB connection, but the unit has to turned on for that to work, so out of the box that was not an option. Cosmetically it was in good condition, but I would have preferred some blemishes to getting a unit with power/battery issues that made it unusable without buying a bunch of extra stuff. Apparently this is so common a little card was included telling you to contact them directly in the event that happens, but the chat bot I was directed to was very limited, and resulted in me initiating a return. When I requested a return a label was not made available to me right away, that took several days, and when I did receive one, I was responsible for paying shipping. I ended up deciding to keep the unit because the return process gave me a bad feeling about actually getting a refund. In the end I had to purchase replacement batteries, a replacement battery door, an external battery charger, and a replacement charge port that will require me to take the unit apart and perform surgery on it if I ever want to charge the unit from the included aftermarket charger. Do not buy one of these if you aren't willing to buy some extra parts and possibly disassemble the PSP. On a side note, a lot of the aftermarket parts I ordered for the PSP (from different sellers) were also defective or of very poor quality. If you're going to dive into the world of retro PSP gaming, be prepared for a lot of false starts and headaches. It was a very Ali Express experience all around. Not what I would expect from Amazon.
