First of all, I'd like to address the packaging issue in the one-star review. Delivery: My bike arrived in absolutely perfect condition inside and out. I was extremely impressed with how well this bike was packaged and protected. There wasn't one scratch or damaged part/area. My guess is their bike was mishandled in shipping prior to their delivery. Now, on to the review. There is nothing I dislike about this bike. I have owned at least 1/2 dozen stationary bikes and am an avid outdoor biker as well, in spite of my advanced age. I am also an extremely cautious purchaser and did a lot of research on this manufacturer and this specific bike. I found nothing but good reviews on both. Construction: This is an extremely well-constructed bike and without a doubt, the most solid bike I've owned. One of the reason's I purchased this bike was it's slim profile and rider weight capacity. It doesn't disappoint in either area. Because both the seat and handlebars are height adjustable you will get a very slight movement in both. This is not uncommon and in no way detrimental to use and function. The pedals are aluminum and grip well. I removed the foot cages and I don't use them. The seat post is solid and I find the seat reasonably comfortable. I often hate indoor bike seats as they are often too big (and I'm a rather large person). This seat is well padded, comfortable and allows you to pedal without discomfort. The wheels on the front support bar make it very easy to move the bike. This bike is unbelievably quiet. Assembly: Very easy and quick. Took less than 15 minutes to assemble. Assembly tools are included and the few nuts, bolts and screws that are needed are well packaged and identified. The instructions lack any information/directions on the cable coming from the flywheel and going to the monitor. It's somewhat awkward as it stretches on the outside of the bike up to the monitor. We found a simple fix by removing a few screws from the flywheel cover and running the cord through a small space at the top of the cover (see pictures) and reattaching the screws. This keeps the cord away from the flywheel, reduces cord stretch and looks neater. Tension Knob and Display Monitor: I have not encountered any problems with applying and or releasing tension to the flywheel. It functions as it should and is also used as the brake for the flywheel. The display monitor is by no means a high-quality monitor full of bells and whistles. It does, however, provide the information I am most interested in which is speed, miles and basic calories and pulse. I don't need a high degree of accuracy with these so this monitor works for me. Bottom Line: I love this bike and feel that it was a solid investment that gave me a good "bang for my buck." I have owned more expensive bikes and, for my needs, this is my best investment yet. I have only owned it for a few weeks and should anything change, I will update my review. However, based on my use thus far, I don't anticipate any problems with this bike and hope you will consider it in your search.

My lifestyle has been quite sedentary lately due to the pandemic and taking care of my newborn. I’m at the heaviest I’ve ever been so I decided to start working out again. Exercising on my treadmill has been a struggle due to my lack of stamina from months of neglect, and that’s when I decided to get a stationary bike to ease the transition.I’ve been very happy with my purchase and I wish I would’ve gotten it sooner. Assembling the bike was a breeze as I only needed to screw in a few major components; the whole process took less than 30 minutes. Multiple adjustable parts give me plenty of options to achieve my most comfortable position. This bike is heavy and feels very sturdy when I’m using it. Most importantly, the bike runs very quiet so I don’t have to exercise around my newborn’s sleeping schedule! I currently have the bike set up in the corner of my living room so I could distract myself with my favorite TV show. I couldn’t do the same with my treadmill due to its size and noise level.Exercising on a stationary bike has been a much more enjoyable experience for me compared to the treadmill. The bike will be my go to for cardio going forward.

We ordered this at the beginning of our "COVID social distancing." I like to do cycle classes. My husband likes to run on the treadmill. We compromised by getting what I wanted. :) But seriously, this is much more compact than a treadmill so it fits better in our home. I use my iPad 11 inch pro (fits perfectly) to log into the Peleton app and docycle classes. My husband watches TV and cycles. I have used cycle bikes at many gyms and studios and I would say that this on par with all of them - the only downside is that it doesn't seem to measure your RPM/cadence.

Update: 1/20/2020.During my first 5 workouts the flywheel made a continuous clicking noise and the bearings in the right pedal gave way so you couldn't pedal anymore. I had already initiated the return before I decided to email customer support. Within 1 hour Nancy responded and I explained the problem I sent her a couple pictures of the pedal. Long story short Pooboo replaced the entire bike and it will arrive in 2 days. The customer service is beyond belief especially by today's standards. After purchasing new pedals and tightening up the flywheel it seems the 2nd week of workouts have been great (on the original bike) and no new issues with the bike. So for now I love the bike and the great customer service! I would recommend this bike.Bike was great on first workout. Each day there's been new noises and squeaks I cant get rid of. Bought this based off the reviews so not sure if I got a lemon or what. This might be going back.
