Mr. Jeanty,I know you may get a lot of these but I first off want to truly thank you for this book. I have always wanted to get this book and I bought this as a present to myself for my 21st birthday and I don't regret it one bit. Once I started reading I couldn't stop! Your story is amazing and this book really gives a perspective that women and even other men may not see. It really educated me and opened my eyes to see how my significant other might be feeling and the trials he goes through in and outside of our relationship daily.But also it spoke to me as well in a way that I could see how as a woman I have a lot of healing to do and I heavily rely on my significant other to fix my wounds me without even thinking about the healing he has to do for himself. I will definitely pass this down to him and my sons and daughters to come. Recently we've had a rocky situation so hopefully this is a conversation starter.Thank you for your raw and vulnerable words which inspire me to be a better and understanding woman.Your impact goes down deeper than you know.

I purchased this book for my husband currently incarcerated facing a lengthy federal sentence. My husband called me the next morning after receiving this and completely in tears with so many different excerpts written down to share with me and told me he stayed up all night in his cell reading this book just in awe. The way this book touched him to the core and made him feel so comfortable and calm knowing he is not alone out there of men who are acknowledging their feelings and indeed it is okay for him to love and take accountability for his mistakes in life when it comes to love, relationships, friendships. This book spoke everything he couldn’t find the words for himself, and every last chapter was 100% relatable to him and his experiences. I also appreciate that it is relatable to both men and women in a marriage, our marriage has been struggling tremendously given the situation and other incidences recently so this really helped us open about our communication in a healthy way and really be compassionate towards one another. Thank you for writing this. I’ve been a fan of your other books Her, To The Women I Once Loved, etc so I was absolutely thrilled to see you had something for the male audience as well and I just knew my husband would love it. 5 stars!!!

It’s a beautiful thing to witness a brother of color reach a point in his life where he is no longer afraid to wear his heart on his sleeves. Such vulnerability shows strength, not weakness, a real man, not a sissy, nor a boy. I have a deep level of respect for Pierre Alex Jeanty (@Gentlemanhood) for uncovering his truth, in efforts of assisting men heal and to learn how to give/receive love properly-from a woman.I found my younger self through the pages of this book, sharing similar experiences and growth. “Unspoken Feelings of A Gentleman” is raw and essential for both younger and older males, young ladies and women. This was very insightful and interesting. Some people who don't like to read something that consistently talks about emotional things might not like it since it often mentions feelings and emotions; but then again, it always talks about issues with society making emotions and the act of having and showing feelings weak. We are emotional, passionate, feeling human beings and this book does well at explaining that and at explaining why that is ok.

I truly am thankful to the Pierre Jeanty for this book through IG. I purchased three. For my husband, myself and a friend. This book I do believe saved my marriage. My husband is what Pierre was EVERYWORD. I have battled so hard to try and make him see and understand so many things from the way he was treating me, himself and his children. The way he was raised with parents who were addicted to drugs and his mother later died from breast cancer so the streets took him. My husband is a broken man. I would even blame myself for his treatment towards me I thought if I just hold on show him a good women for once, show him true unconditional love that I would stick by him help him change. Nothing worked and I was truly ready to walk away until I found this book. The words in this book spoke to my soul it was everything I had felt about my husband and his life chapter after chapter. I knew I had to get one for him. It brought me peace knowing that it wasnt he fault and it explained so much that I could never understand before. My husband didnt know how to express to me or anyone for the fear of looking or being weak just like Pierre said. I cannot wait until the next part and the female version. I am a forever fan Mr.Jeanty. Thank you

Personally I do not read much, but after reading the summary I knew that this was a book I needed to read. After reading the book in one sitting and possibly highlighting more phrases and more sections of the book more than I do my college books, I can honestly say that this is one of a kind book. The way the words just flow so perfectly together and are crystal clear in what the author is trying to get across makes it so poetic in its own way. From beginning to end, the author speaks from his heart about his journey into becoming a mature young man who has come to understand and values himself, love, God, and the value of women and how to treat them. Although it is written from a guys point of view, it has advice and experiences that both men and women can learn from. I have personally been able to better understand why some of my past relationships did not work and is helping me to better under the men in my life better. I have never read a book of this kind and I hope more men and women are able to read the book and are able to see the blessing that it is. I recommend this book to anyone who is willing to go along this spiritual journey into a gentlemen and to understanding young men more.
