Supportive memory foam cervical roll. (not too soft, not too firm) (not for use in pillow fights)
I used this for my neck. The product is what it says it is, a memory foam cervical neck roll. It's also a great price so I am giving it 5 stars. I feel like the comfort and pain relief might be subjective due to your neck conditions. (the pillow case says bambus and not bamboo, but felt like that didn't really matter so I am not removing a star for that)Since there were two, I gave one to my significant other. He enjoys sleeping with it inside his pillowcase wedged on his current pillow. He says he sleeps a little longer than usual now and it seems to help him. So funny because he didn't have a problem before, he is just benefiting :). I read somewhere that a cervical roll can help with snoring. He still snores, but maybe it's not as bad. :)For myself- I bought this to have better neck alignment due to staring at my phone and a computer screen for a larger portion of my day than I'd like. I didn't like the curve on my back/neck and thought I'd give this a try.I was worried that this memory foam might not be as dense and more soft (really not supportive like some memory foam) but I was pleasantly surprised that this has both some give and yet does push back. I tried laying on this for a bit with it being placed under my upper back above shoulders/lower neck, with chin pointed at the ceiling, head on bed (no other pillow). It took a few minutes but I started noticing a tightness on my right side of my neck, so I knew this was doing something. I tried to slowly move my neck and head and stretch a little to work the muscle/tightness out. That seemed to help a little. I also was scared to sleep all night with it.. so have used it only for short naps.. (the second time I used it, I heard a cracking from my neck, good I think :) ) I only used this a few times and have been doing neck stretches and I feel like maybe there has been improvement. When I use it now my neck doesn't feel as tight anymore. But I have yet to sleep a full night with it. I'll try to update this a few months from now!I suggest though,... if you have a lot of neck pain to seek advice from a doctor, and to be careful what you use. I actually didn't realize how tight my neck would feel with this till I actually used it. I think that if you have a lot of pain, this is going to be applying pressure to the curve of your neck (depending on neck and size of neck) and could cause some discomfort. You might want to try rolling a towel to the same diameter of this and seeing how that works for you first. If you are looking for something that will push back and support your neck when you lay on it, this does seem to do that.

After almost 3 years, still love these.
I have had these for three years, since early 2019. They are still in perfect shape, memory foam level of firm but gentle support, still feel high quality, and I am still glad I got them. I use them for all kinds of things... neck support, head support, back support, even under my knee for a little help after a surgery. They will keep their shape after a looooot of use. I am a weight lifter and I really use them every day for supporting whatever muscles are a little sore that day.I also have 5 animals - two retrievers and three rescue cats. Although I clean a lot, I never have issues with hair or smells attaching. They clean easy. I even have two of the cats who like to play with these and kick them a lot. even with that clawing over the years, these have not shredded up. I am really amazed at how well these things have held up.The only reason I came here was to look for more covers for them. my only complaint. they do have white covers that zip off with a nice hidden zipper, but I keep hoping for something prettier or matchable with my bedroom set. The 17*4" size is not easy to find anything else that fits, but at least white goes with most things. As I realized how great these have been, and wow it's been 3 years already when I looked up the order to get the dimensions, I figured I'd leave a review for others from someone who has really tested them out and put them thru it all for a while. These are true memory foam and excellent support and will stand up to heavy use and cleaning.

Great for Cervical Neck Issues
I’m pretty happy with these cervical neck pillows. I was using a towel rolled up and would frequently have to re-roll and put hair ties to keep in in place, so this is super convenient.I’m pretty fastidious about clean pillow cases so I have two regular pillow cases on each of these, tied at the end, which is less than ideal and a bit clunky. I can’t stand the idea of ruining my the inside pillow and wasting this money on 2 pillows, but to make life easier it probably make sense to use and wash and not put and extra cover. These have helped a lot with neck issues because I used them at least 2-3 hours during the night when I’m sleeping on my back. When I transition to my side I use a regular pillow.I’ve found this is perfect as a cervical neck pillow, but it doesn’t work as well if I try and use it under my back indent when I side sleep or under my back when I back sleep - it’s a bit too large and uncomfortable for that.It might be slightly too low as a cervical neck pillow, but to fix that one could put a super soft and low pull under the cervical neck pillow for a tiny bit of extra height.I’m glad for the purchase and would be perfectly happy if I had a couple pairs of pillow cases to change out.

Best neck pillow
I have been using these pillows for about 3 years. Very hard to clean so they get replaced. They do wash but come out kinda weird from the dryer. This two pillow is the deal. I had to switch to these cause my neck hurt all the time. Takes maybe a month to accumulate but once you get used to it, better neck very soon. The pillow does feel stiff and might even hurt a little. Stay with it. It is letting you know where your neck is hurting. Will get better..i promise. I pretend to be a doctor sometimes..
