This is a really good product. However, i can not get it to stay closed over my passport. Even after putting a heavy object on top of it for over 24 hours. That's the only downside. Hopefully gravity will take over and keep it closed over time.

Good quality, a little thin but it’s fine!Some prints are engraved into the surface while some are just inks on the surface. Guess it depends on the color(?).Customer service was quick to respond to my request and did some customizations that they originally said not possible. Really appreciate that!I gave a 4 star not 5 because i dont usually give 5. Unless it’s extraordinary.
