SPONGELLÉ Spongelle Flower Boxed Bulgarian Rose, 0.085 kg

I first got this with one of those 4 boxes per year of goodies that were way too expensive for me to continue. THAT one lasted at least DOUBLE this one I got here when the original was done. VERY disappointed, very different, incl a string other didnt have leading me to believe these were knockoffs or the bad batch to get rid of. Not worth the price at all.

Title says it all pretty much, I didn’t expect the sponge to be saturated with soap, and the soap was very, VERY strongly scented. I’m glad I didn’t use it on my body but instead rinsed all the soap out, because my hands broke out after I rinsed the soap out the sponge. I wouldn’t recommend this if you have sensitive skin, you will break out! I mostly, truly wanted the sponge because it was flower shaped, and I was trying to find an unscented one, but I thought rose would be good because I love the rose scent (I honestly thought it would smell like rose water). I mean, I can understand why people love the sponge, and I now understand the 14+ uses. I decided after rinsing the overly scented soap I’d use this on some occasions with my favorite body wash! So now my sponge smells like eucalyptus and mint, so when I squish it, I get a very calming scent! I’m pretty glad I bought it, I was just surprised!

Love this product. I have the Beach Grass sent. The only reason why I’m only giving this product 4 stars is that the one advertised was for Multiple Uses but the one sent to me is only 14+ uses.

best sponge....my husband uses them after i use a the scent out of them, as it still has a good structure to it. So we get double uses out of it.

I was looking for a new loofah anyway and thought I'd try this. On the first use, there was way too much soap and has gotten better with each use. I doubt I'll get 14 washes out of it. I'm not fond of the scent but will try another one.

This was ok. The price doesn’t match the product. You only get to use it a few times and then it’s gone. If it was cheaper I would buy again.

Exactly how described in the ad, however, the scent was just a little too strong for me. I did appreciate how it lathered up! Upon opening it, I thought it was going to be extremely rough, but it wasn’t and I was very happy.
