Deluxe Extra Padded Acoustic Classical Guitar Gig Bag

I'm very pleased with this bag. I recently bought a Jameson 'Thinline' acoustic/electric guitar that came with a relatively crummy unpadded bag. Since I take my guitar to various friends' houses every week to play, I wanted something with a little padding. I ordered this bag because it had more padding than the others in this price range. I just got it today. In addition to the backpack-type straps, it also has a 'suitcase' type strap on the side, a hand strap on the back, and - this is really nice for my needs - a strap on the face for moving it while it's flat. Handy for placing on the back seat, trunk, etc. Nicely padded and reinforced. Nice zipper compartments on the front; one is big enough for sheet music, capos, and the like. Zippers seem sturdy. If this holds up the way another reviewer said it does, it's going to be an awesome bag. Couldn't ask for more for the price.

I was hesitant to buy this at under $30 because you usually get what you pay for, but the review that said "Don't let the price fool you!" convinced me to give it a try. SO GLAD I did. This would be an excellent bag at twice the cost. Well made and well padded; strong, quality, full length zippers; plenty of convenient handles including backpack-style shoulder straps AND a double pouch on the front big enough to hold my books and a foot stand - OH YEAH. I play a full-size, acoustic/electric classical and this bag fits it perfectly. Completely happy with this purchase and will not hesitate to order again as my guitar collection expands. Don't let the price fool you! This is a quality item.

I've had this bag for 18 months. It's seen lots of transport (no airplanes) and has stood up remarkably well--actually looks today like it did when I bought it. I have used it with larger and smaller acoustic and electric guitars and all have fit--Fender Strats, a Tele, Stratocoustic, Harmony 12-string, Guild D-35, Dean Acoustic-Electric---all have fit. Dreadnoughts are snug, though it remains adequately serviceable and provided needed protection. Padding is actually pretty good (not for airports--NOTHING is adequate for airports!). Multiple handles, back pack straps as well, so easy to grab and to carry. Two good-sized zipped pockets. For the dough, I haven't seen anything better. It has worn well with me and I'm not easy on my equipment. No labels on it, so you can dress it up with your own logo. Four stars plus, maybe 5, now that I think of how it has served me.

Fits my classical guitar perfectly, and the backpack straps are very comfortable and the perfect height.The only thing I would change would be on the outside pockets. I would make the biggest one slightly larger so that you can fit more/bigger music in there, and I would have an additional smaller pocket for plectrums. Otherwise I love this case.

This bag doesnt even fit an acoustic guitar. I literally had to push my guitar with the risk of getting the bridge broken to that bag. It is meant for electric guitar, definitely not for acoustic guitar. Don't buy just cuz it has freeshipping. Not worth it at all.
