I heard that Alkamind is a good brand and decided to try it myself. I've only been taking Cumin3X for two weeks and can't say I've noticed a difference, but I have to say I've been taking other anti-inflammatories for awhile, so not sure i would notice anything. So many other products tell you that you have to take 3-4 daily to get the same anti inflammatory benefits.

Hard to review, the bottle was like 100 degrees when i got it from sitting in the truck i guess. I think it made the oil rancid because it gives me severe burps, so i stopped taking it. Might reorder when it is cooler outside.

The pills have a strong smell, but are very helpful with inflammation. I take these a few times a week and notice I generally recover more quickly from my workouts.

Love this product, tried so many others for inflammation but nothing works as well as these.

Great product so far. I am not sure about the anti-inflammation properties. It is too early to tell but it seems to help me be regular, so that is a win for me.
