Can't wait!

Cant wait to start making my own rice vinegar in a the most healthy possible way. many of the already packaged rice vinegar products come with weird ingredients and artificial colors and flavours. Happy to have a healthy alternative to make my own!

Horrible. Dead chunk of supposed scoby. Instantly rotted in the wine. Should have read the previous reviews.
