I thought Freeman's discontinued the cucumber mask. Very happy to find it's still available.
I had used this mask for years, then it disappeared from stores. So happy it's available online. It works better than any other peel off mask I've tried.

Gentle toning mask but not good enough to be called a cleansing mask.
I've used another brand of this mask many years ago (can't remember the name of it) and liked the cleaning and toning effects. I figured I'd give this one a try.The scent of the mask is similar to what I recall (slightly perfumy cucumber scent). It smells clean and fresh, but the aroma is not a green grassy scent like pure cucumber products, still nice though. The mask is a clear gel which melts quickly upon contact with the skin, but still retains enough of its sticky gooeyness that it doesn't slide off your face when you put it on. It also feels like some of the mask absorbs into the skin when applying. The other product I used years ago, was a bit thicker consistency and didn't melt or absorb like this one does. With this product, I keep having to put more on in the same spots to get a thick enough mask to peel off. After the mask is on properly it takes around 10-20 minutes to dry (depending on room humidity, temperature, etc.). The mask feels tight against the skin as it dries, but it is not uncomfortable.Peeling off the mask is a bit tricky as it does tend to tear if done too quickly. Plus if used around hairy areas, it tends to get stuck in the hair making a sticky flaky mess. The other product I used years ago could be applied around hairy areas without breaking apart, probably because it was a bit thicker. As far as cleansing ability of this product goes, I'm not impressed. It barely removes bits of ashy skin, doesn't remove blackheads at all, but it does seem to loosen bits of dry skin (but not remove them) and it removes excess skin oils. However, as a toning mask this does work fairly well, and leaves my face feeling toned and tighter than prior to using it. The fact that is does remove excess oils does leave a toned fresher feeling to my skin.Overall, nice gentle toning mask, but not the best I've used.

Love it! Actually peels off
Love this! I didn’t want some kind of lotion or rinse. I wanted a tube of old school goo that will dry and peel off, cleaning pores. It is hard to find, but . . . Tada! Here it is. I love it!

Amazing product especially for price
Got this as a recommendation from a friend, and when I first used it a few times, I wasn't too impressed, but when I stopped using these peel off masks I did notice my skin feeling a bit rougher? What I mean is the change in your skin comes after repeated use and you might not notice it at first, but it's doing something. I usually use these after I exfoliate (using a gentle, daily exfoliator) in the shower. For me personally, I switched to the sweet tea and lemon one which is not clear so I can make sure I can get the little bits off. So far I didn't see any significant differences between the different types, but I do prefer the sweet tea one.If I can offer any tips, it's definitely better to over do it a little bit than under-doing it because it'll peel off easier. Then again, don't do too much to where it's dripping or sagging. Also if it's sticking to parts of your hair or face, remember to rinse with warm water (it's in the instructions, I didn't read the label for so long haha). Usually a thorough rinsing will get those bits off. It's a great product for the price and they go on sale at ULTA all the time. All the Freeman masks are great products to add in your regular skincare, or test out a "type" of mask before making a more expensive purchase.

Mask solution a little thick
I have purchased this in the past. I just can’t remember whether the mask tube had a safety seal on it. The one that I just ordered did not have a safety seal which made me a little squeamish. I got real brave and use the product anyway, and it was very thick probably because there was no safety seal and some moisture got out

Great especially for the price
This mask goes on smoothly, peels off easily, and has a pleasant, very light fragrance. The gentle exfoliation is noticeable on the peeled-off surface.

Refreshes my skin and no problem for my sensitive skin
I have only the Freeman Cucumber peel-off mask used once so far, but I like it. I like the smell, although I tend not to buy a lot of scented products. One of the reasons I tried this brand is because they do not test on animals. I have used a bunch of different peel-off masks over the years, and this one works as well as any other I have tried. I have sensitive skin, so I tried it on a small area first and experienced no problems. I applied just a thin layer. The thinner the layer, the more difficult it is to peel, the same with any peel-off mask. But when I apply too thick of a layer, it starts drying before I can really spread it out. I end up with globs here and there. So I usually try to go thinner. After 10 minutes, I peeled off the mask, rinsed my face, and my skin felt refreshed. I used my normal sunscreen/moisturizer afterwards. If you have never used a peel-off mask, just beware if you have peach fuzz like I do, it pulls the hairs a bit (and a tiny amount may come off) when you peel off the mask. I usually try to avoid the area near my ears where the fuzz is the thickest.
