Entertaining way to learn French.

Arrived in great condition.

I really like this series. They repeat verb tenses in way that I find helpful without being condescending. It's a story in French the way that an American would write it: sans charm. After reading this story and another, I bought one of the titles in Spanish. I took some Spanish in high school and college but never put the same amount of effort into it as I did into learning French. I was able to read the Spanish story as well and I think that it hits that spot that every language learner is looking for, which is advancing your ability and knowledge in a way that leaves you feeling accomplished and encouraged.
