The taste is nicer than table salt if you taste it on its own. As an ingredient when cooking one small pinch replaces a heavy sprinkle of table salt and seems better at bringing flavour together. 100g seemed like a small amount but having used it, I believe I will in fact use small amount over a longer period and so to me there is more value in the product. Good product in my opinion.

Good for pickling
I used the salt to wilt cabbage for kimchi, it did the job and I have no complaints! Will buy again.
