Bought this to replace a Bodum that finally cracked. Initially tried a stainless steel one, but the metal-on-metal noise when plunging was unbearable. This press has a sturdy construction and is easy to clean, including removing the glass. A great choice!

I don’t usually write reviews but I really wanted to for this one. Have only used this new press a couple of times but already love it. It's good-looking, solid, and does its job beautifully. It makes perfect coffee. The top slides on really nicely and doesn’t have any gaps or wobbling so you know it really traps the heat inside, and also will make sure none of the coffee grains will slip into your cup when pouring. As a bonus, the kit comes with an extra mesh filter. The stainless steel finish keeps your coffee warm for a while.Overall It looks good and cleans up easily..

Great basic French press. Good price and works well. Not particularly stylish but it doesn't matter because it is completely plastic free! Even when presses look like they don't have plastic the inside lining of the top is plastic which gets heated, condensates, and drips into the coffee. Go plastic free and purchase this one.

Won't break like the glass ones,the only downside about all french presses is the clean up hard to clean but great coffee that's the trade off

It is a high quality frenchpress. Very important - no plastic anywhere! The glass looks thicker. The only con for me is that it's way too large for my need. I kept it anyway. It would be nice to have one in 300 or 500 ml.

The stainless housing is not flat, the whole thing rocks.

Treat it with respect it should last a lifetime It is very easy to use,also it is so easy to clean.I couldn't use it straight away as I had to into Costco to buy coffee beans. It does make a lovely coffee. Happy with performance and seller.

Love this coffee press ,very classy ... Glass jug comes out for cleaning ,the stainless body that holds the glass is very sturdy, the filter is very fine so that it does not allow any grounded coffee particles to pass through .It makes the perfect cup of coffee or tea.
