We couldn't find anything at big store (with orange logo), but one can always find something that fits on Amazon. It was professionally installed, but the guy told me it was a breeze. Dials are very smooth, and solid. Down a little on styling, but it functions perfectly!

The cover plate are plastic, it appeared as everything was metal. The cold shower knob occasionally looses pressure for some reason. All my water lines are fine with no leaks, but I’ve lost cold water pressure. I wouldn’t buy this if I had the chance to do it again.

The shower handle keeps leaking and stopped working and we had to take it apart and put it back together now its not working right again the knobs keep coming loose do not buy. And they had no thirty day return so I couldnt even return them or get a replacement. Horrible service.

Works perfect! The 2.5 gallon output was worth the try, Just like the old stem 2.5 gal. output only cartridge. Great pressure and just turn down the knob to save water. I even bought another for parts later. ( you know how that works)

the first set I ordered came pretty quickly. Plumber came, 2 1/2 hours later, its all in, fitted perfectly. Plumber says turn on the water, I'll check for leaks. He meant his work! Of all things there was a hole in the middle fitting! Not on a crack, in the curve of the fitting! The plumber had never seen that happen before. Amazon was so good! I can't send it back, its installed. They suggested I order the set again and send back what I didn't need and the part with the hole. It only took them 2 days to get another set to me! Plumber installed the new piece in no time. No messing, it all fit perfectly done! And I got my money back with no problems! The taps are so easy to turn! Love it!

This assembly was a decent kit, but was not compatible with my existing plumbing, unless I was going to tear out my tiling and access the main rough in plumbing, make sure you have compatible pre-existing plumbing, with coarser threading on the cartridges, mine is fine thread andamucholdersystem.This kit would be great if you are doing a new install.

These taps are sturdy and well made. They installed easily and look great. I could not find this tap set anywhere thanks amazon
