Great Water repellent spray!
I have a rain jacket with Gore-Tex fabric. It is 5 years old but still in great shape except for it is not a water repelling as well as it did in the past. One application of spray repellent worked very well. I checked on line and it said it worked well on Gore-Tex.

Waterproofing works, but a few cautions to be aware of
The product does what it is advertised to do. I used it to spray a few bags, following directions carefully. It only takes one application. Water now beads off the bags when wet. However, I noticed that the material of my bags (I think they are some kind of nylon) which had been stiff before the spraying, became quite soft afterwards. bags are still usable, but the appearance and feel changed. The odor is also very strong and takes a few days to dissipate. When I used the bags 24 hours after the spraying, all the stuff that I put inside acquired the smell, which also took a couple of weeks to disappear. The sprayer seems to not be very well designed because mine started leaking and dripping down the side of the bottle (coming from where the sprayer connects to the bottle, not the actual sprayer where it is supposed to come out). As a result, I got the stuff all over my hands, which, if it contains PFAS, is not good for you at all! After that incident, I used disposable gloves while spraying and had paper towels handy to catch the drips.

My favorite outdoor fabric protector
Works great for waterproofing our outdoor cushions and boat cover. The water beads up and runs off. You'll have to reapply more often for items that get the sun exposure. The UV protection is the thing I love about this product versus many others that only waterproof but don't provide UV protection.

Waterproofing gear one Spritz at a time
Gets the job done for waterproofing particular fabrics. Personally I used it on denim jeans for a hazmat project. Definitely withstood a good beating. Usage requires open space and time. Can affect colors on particular fabrics so be mindful. Maintains surface protecting it so stains never start. Perfect for those campers out there who need to waterproof everything!

worked great! this bottle was enough for two adult pairs of jeans, one raincoat, and two adult pairs of sneakers. very good!
