The alignments on this mat are so helpful, and I really love the color. The only reason this did not get more stars is because it is not non-slip at all. While it is a textured mat, it is pretty standard yoga mat material. This is fine for easy at home stretching and light yoga, but as soon as your hands start to sweat you will slip.

Does what i need it to, great design and color. Smells for the first week after unpacking but it fades away over time.

I recommend this mat for all levels of Yoga.
