I’m so bummed that other people had such a bad experience! I would give this a One-Star Review, as well, if mine arrived broken, mouldy, or anything like that.With that being said, I absolutely LOVE this beverage!!! It tastes like it was made by the faeries! We call it “Faerie Juice” at our home because my 13yo, 11yo, and 9yo love its refreshingly unique flavour, I love the scent of roses, I love the not-too-sweet taste, especially after it’s icy-cold (it loses some of its “je ne sais quoi” if it’s not icy-cold).

Two of three sets arrived damaged. Each set contains 4 bottles, which means I lost money on 8 out of 12 bottles. You can see one pkg has mold at the top of the cardboard holder & all bottles in two sets are sticky. (The tops seem to have a slow leak.) The one set that was not damaged contained fermented tasting lemonade that is a sad disappointment. I will never make this mistake of a purchase again and I encourage you to keep your money. The rose lemonade is just as bad - one bottle was completely crushed AND what we did get to taste has a flavor akin to ketchup. It's a pretty, pretty pink & gross nasty all at the same time time.

Took a chance and ordered these for a taste of home. There's nothing similar here in the US. Each bottle was carefully, individually wrapped, no breakages! Drink is lovely! Thanks!

We recently visited London and my daughter ordered this drink at a pub in South Kensington and loved it. We discovered this isn’t readily available in the States after we came home, but decided to splurge on the 12 pack for my daughter’s birthday. She was so surprised and says it tastes exactly as she remembered in London. I’ve tried some myself and it’s a very delightful beverage. We will drink these sparingly as it was a bit of a splurge, but would definitely order again.

Let me be fair. I got a delicious beverage significantly sooner than I expected. That’s valuable and appreciated. Kudos.But what is the deal with the packaging? You took the drinks out of their original containers by ripping them open, then repackaged them into individually bubble wrapped containers, taped them shut, and sent the ripped packages with them? I don’t get it. Maybe this is the best way but it sure was annoying unpacking them all just to put them in back into ripped boxes for storage.That’s my only complaint. It’s just a highly annoying one.Best wishes.

This is wonderful however, the price has reached outrageous!!The brewing process w the rose enhances the lemon flavor & the rose is soft and tastes natural, like a fine rose smells.I like that they are in GLASS! GLASS IS THE ONLY RECYCLING PRODUCT THAT IS 100% RECYCLABLE! I do clip of the rim from the top w wire cutters & recycle that with the tops (after I remove the plastic from the tops) with my cans!

I read the other reviews and saw several for broken bottles and poor packaging. I was encouraged by one or two that mentioned improvement. Nope. Five out of twelve bottles were broken. They came piled (literally) in a wad of bubble wrap and dumped in a box. This is not sufficient. I reached out to Amazon via customer service chat and they did refund me plus advised I could do as I wished with the intact bottles. I rinsed them off, inspected them closely, and felt comfortable that a few of them were completely intact and safe to drink. I love tart lemonade but this is extremely tart. I like it but have difficulty finishing an entire small bottle. I'm thinking I need to mix it with something.
