Affordable, not cheap.
Day one review (will be updating as time goes).I ordered these after seeing a good number of YouTube reviews (shout out to dankpods), expecting them to sound as cheap as their price. But holy sh*t was I surprised the first time I hit play. It's been so long since I've had proper earbuds/headphones, that I forgot all the small sounds that's in some of my favorite music. These things are simply great for the price. They most certainly aren't as good as something that cost $500 (USD), but they're $50 and SOUND like something I spent $150 or more on.Lows are low, but not over done (looking at you Skullcandy, you bassy af sobs). The highs are crisp, nearing sparkly, but again, not over done. The mids are clear, if a little soft as compared to the lows and highs, but still perfectly fine. They aren't "reference" sound quality, but well tuned with a "soft V" sort of curve, nothing overpowers and drowns out another frequency range. They can go loud AF (my pair Ohmed out at around 28Ω with the cord, so be mindful of your previously used volume level when hitting play for the first time), pretty sure you can drive these with a potato, much less a phone. The buds bodies do have a good bit of "air" in them, which gives a wider more open sound quality to them, but it also let's in a bit of outside noise. These things are shockingly comfortable. They're heavy, but not fatiguing. The tips it comes with (four different sizes, all the same "style") are serviceable for my ears and their shape, but some folks may want to get some "aftermarket" tips (lots of great companies out there for tips, you'll just have to shop around if the provided tips aren't for you).Packaging is simple, and clean. If you're into keeping boxes/packaging, there's just two super small and thin plastic bags to throw out (one that the cable comes in, and one that the extra tips come in).The user guide is a bit "chinglish" (English is NOT the manufacturers native language, so 1000% pass as English is freaking hard), but more than understandable enough to get the job done. It's short, to the point, and with an absolute minimal amount of fluff and wank (I'm willing to bet the little bit of fluff and wank in the guid is more from translation errors, than actual fluff and wank, unlike Samsung's user guides). My pair of ZS10 Pros came with the old cable (brown, right angle [90°] 3.5mm jack) which is a bit of a shame, but using up new-old stock instead of throwing them in the trash is actually a pro in my book, not a con (I'll just order the updated cable and keep the one it came with as a backup). The inline mic/remote on this particular cable feels quite cheap and terrible, but that's one of the things that got addressed with the newer cables from my understanding. The mic quality is legitimately really good though.Overall, these things are great and the very definition of "Affordable, not cheap".

Don't let the shininess fool you, they're amazing
I got these on a whim, having already thought I found my two daily pairs, I wasn’t looking for another just yet, but you know how that impulse is when you see a shiny new object. And this one is shiny indeed. The KZ ZS10 as you might know by now from KZ’s nomenclature refers to the number of drivers in total, 10. My understand is that of the 5 in each earphone, there are 4 BAs (2 KZ 30095 BAs, 2 50060 BAs), and 1 DD (Tesla gen 2).BuildThe shell feels like it was custom molded for my ear, an acrylic shell which helps it stay room temperature (not cold like some of my metal ones), but with a metal plate on the outside that seems to be held together with hex screws. That plate my friends is SHINY. It’s a polished mirror chome finish that you can see yourself in, and that can be nice, or a fingerprint/scratch magnet. This is the only headphone someone at work actually commented on with a “whoa what are those?!”…(in a good way). I started having buyers remorse before they got to me, thinking they’ll be too big and uncomfortable, but I’m still amazed at how truly comfy they are even for long periods. They’re actually much more comfortable than some of my previous KZ and other brand models, to the point where I’ve been wearing them in bed at night while listening to podcasts. The box is simple and clean and comes with a nice braided cable….not amazing, but not where I felt the need to buy a better version as in the past. Also came with your standard eartips and what seems to be a star type eartip. I was ready to chuck them and just put on my memory foam tips automatically, but was surprised at how well I liked the included large tip for my ear, so that’s what I’ve been using for about a month now.SoundPerhaps I got used to the previous pair of earphones I’d been using, but I really noticed the highs right away. They’re not piercing, just very present and crisp. I hate treble, but haven’t felt the need to tame them with the EQ yet. Past KZ and other earphones always had me running right to the EQ to bring the highs down, but on this set it works well for me. There’s clarity, without being tiring. This is a V sound signature but not pushed down as much as other earphones. The mids are clear, although I tend to punch them up with an EQ for my preference. Then we get to the bass which is the other half that stands out nicely. It stands out as having a great and meaningful assertive presence, nice and tight, without competing with the mids. It doesn’t come out as obvious as the highs do, but its there. To me the bass is fine as is, definitely strong, but I did play with the EQ and it can be made more powerful without compromise.Overall, you leave it just as is without immediately jumping to the EQ and you’ll find a warm V signature that is clean and pleasant, not overcompensated on either end and not too analytical. I find it very capable across all genres of music that I listen to (classic country, goth/industrial/synthpop, classical, indie) and podcasts too although I find male voices a bit too relaxed on these. The soundstage is among the best of the earphones I own in the $50ish or less rangeThey’re now my daily earphone to/from work (subwayin NYC) where they isolate a tad better than most other earphones I have, and also at work because of the comfort.

Great on a budget.
My SE215's died and I couldn't afford to replace/upgrade. I'd heard about KZ being a good budget option so hoped they'd at least be a side-grade. And yeah! These are pretty good. Great low end and mids. Voices are crispy. They only lack a bit in the highs, specifically cymbals, but that's the case for nearly everything under the hundreds. Satisfied.(Also despite being much heavier than my SE215's, they are more comfortable. They sit very nicely in the ear.)

Buena alternativa

Great for on stage. Prefer over 210’s
This brand was recommended to me when I needed a new pair of IEMs. I couldn’t imagine the $25 set being any good so I opted for these ones. Now I’m seriously considering a set of the $25 ones for daily music use.Take your time to use them right (clean your ears and use the right tip size for your ears). They will serve you very well.Pros and consPros:-inexpensive but not cheap-clear sound means you can run a lower volume and hear every instrument clearly-fits my ear very well-build quality feels goodCons:-cord tangles promptly (minor inconvenience for me)I have already recommended these to others a d at this price I may just get another one of these for daily music use.Notes for stage use:-isolates well but I still may pull back on the drum levels in my ears if I’m standing close to them-zero issues with them-connector has a good solid fit with the headphone jacks in our system, no wiggles-I like them much better than the 215s that I started with.Notes for regular music use:-clarity is fantastic-it doesn’t emphasize bass like many headphones do (good for me, bass heads may not like it)-allows me to run at a lower volume (saving my ears)-so sensitive that 8D audio tracks have a much more defined direction that the sound comes from which enhances enjoyment substantially.

Sehr guter Klang
