Excellent, quality, comfortable pad. I use it when cooking a lot as to provide cushion from hard tile floors. I put it back in box and away in my pantry after I use it. Super easy to sweep and wipe clean it. Very comfy pad and it’s been a lifesaver for my ankles and legs when in the kitchen a long time. Love it. It’s thick. It’s not too heavy, great quality. I put it back in the original box when not using it. Great back support for me too. It makes a difference for me when I use on my hard floors.

Standing in one spot for my whole shift is no problem with this mat. Very comfortable. The mat stays in placeunlike the mat i replaced with this. Do not have to keep kicking it back in place. It is a little thicker than I expected, butthis isnt a problem, I wasnt tripping on it at all.I would definitely buy this again

My brother gave me one of these when his company moved to a new office space. The mat is durable, easy to clean, does not skid on a hard surface and comfortable to stand on. I purchased a second one to replace a much thinner mat then this one that her cat was tearing to shreds. That is what is great about this one, it is too think for him to dig his claws into. It is well worth the price as the one I was given has lasted years in our house and even longer in the kitchen of my brothers business.

After trying a bunch of mats for my standing desk, this one proved to be near the top but still falls short of offering support for 8 hours. It's a foam mat that is lined in a thin plastic layer. The tactile feel leaves something to be desired, but it is nice, squishy and comfortable to stand on. It offers great support for about an hour or two, but doesn't quite hold up to an 8 hour work day. I eventually felt my bare feet bottom out to the hard floor again.In spite of the anti slip material underneath, It still did drift a little throughout the day, but all mats seem to do that to an extent.For the record, I'm now using a GelProElite and loving it.This product is good for the price point, but I'd suggest paying the extra difference if you truly plan to use it a lot.

Wow this mat is AWESOME and has made a HUGE difference in our kitchen. We cook a TON and so have to clean a ton too, and we've both had foot problems standing on the linoleum in the kitchen. I was really surprised how high quality this mat is -- it's pretty thick, dense foam-like material. I will be buying like 2 more to basically cover every spot in our kitchen where we stand (in front of the sink, stove and coffee maker/counter space). For now we move it around as needed, which is a moderate pain in the neck but, you know, that ranks pretty low on the life problems list. For the price this mat is a home run -- WAY cheaper than competitor mats. It's also got a nice AmazonBasics logo on the bottom. Yeah, you can't see it, of course, but I really like it for some reason. This mat stays put too. It does *not* move once you put it down, which is a plus. We were actually using an old yoga mat in the kitchen, which we tripped on cause it's curled on the edges. Finally I found this mat and thought the price was low enough to try, and man I'm glad I did!GREAT GIFT IDEA TOO! We sent pics around to family members like "hey, look what we just got" and they all like to cook too and were like "woah we want one too!" So for Christmas this year we're going to be buying like 5 of these for friends and family. So that's done, which is nice.

Used to have these at my old company (you got a standing desk if you worked there for a year). Bought another during covid for at home b/c I recall the one in the office being decent. Exactly as I remember, stays visible clean (I don't wash mine much tbh but I'm lazy... I'll admit. And I like that my laziness isn't visible on the mat).I've only ever used these mats so I can't really do a comparison but It's nice, solid finish (the liquid resistance is legit.. my sister's pup peed under my desk and while the rug didn't fair so well, this bad boy was fine...after some... probably overkill washing).I don't know if this would be considered the softest mat... it's somewhere around half an inch thick but I can sit on it on my knees for long periods if working at my coffee table (wfh, don't judge me). When standing for long periods, I feel my knees give out before from being locked up before my feet get sore so I'd call it a success.Easy to store as well if you're cool with it going along the side of your desk (atleast if you're like me and your desk is in a corner wall. It can also fit behind the desk if needed

Works well for my office job. Good thickness but at this point i have had it for about a year and hasn’t held up spectacularly well. Does not lay flat. Sides are coming apart. Still works and I don’t have plans on replacing but a bit disappointing. Good for the price though.

Oh Wow !! After trying 3 other types of anti-fatigue/gel mats etc. We decided to try this. First let me state the other ones we tried were "ok" but when you stepped on them the ends/sides turned up. It was first of all annoying, but also could be a danger. We returned them. While searching on Amazon to try try try to find a good mat I found this. Even though I am an Amazon Prime Member and purchase quite a bit on amazon I was not aware of AmazonBasics... so decided to order this. The color seemed perfect (ok it is black but other mats we looked at were a flat black that looked too commercial for our kitchen) or was too fancy/fussy looking where we thought food and dirty might get in an make it difficult to keep clean. Also, it was important not to curl up, to look good and have a decent design. BINGO! It arrived today and the look is fantastic. It is shiny, nice design, feels fantastic on the feet and when my husband stood on it in various places it did not turn up at all!! Perfect ! Our kitchen is a bit art deco with black and white so this was just the final piece for decor and comfort. Really a extremely wonderful mat.
