Quality product!
This hose drapes excellent and connects without leaks. So much better than the stiff Delta hose it replaced. Mine came with extra washers installed, as well as extras in the bag. I suggest using only one washer in each end. There is NO anti-siphon valve in this hose. This was a plus for me. (no restriction of flow)The color did not match our Delta venetian bronze. This hose is the color as seen in the product picture where the light is reflecting off the hose. Also, this hose end is smaller outside diameter than the Delta cradle. It connects fine but the hose-to-cradle is loose when hung up. The looseness was an issue which affected only aesthetics, not function. It is tight enough that it's not going to fall out of the cradle.Quality product, the issues I had would be expected in any hybrid set-up.

I was very much disappointed with the hose
NO!!! I was very much disappointed with the hose. Theirs too much gold showing, there is however some bronze showing depending on how the hose is turned. My last hose that I purchased from you was exactly what I wanted. I had to use this hose right away because I needed a hose . I want to thank you for giving me a chance to explain the problem.

This shower hose is very flexible, and has swivel ends so that your spray nozzle will point where you want it to. I had purchased a new hose and spray head for my shower, and it was so stiff and no swivel end I had to keep loosening the hose to turn the spray head. I purchased this hose right away and never looked back. Highly recommend! TS

Great quality product
as advertised, color doesn't match my other "bronze/oil rubbed" items, BUT, it works perfectly, very flexible so you're not fight the direction it wants to go as most other hoses. Great quality product.

Adequate
It's a shower hose. It hasn't busted. Doesn't quite fit on the arm properly, but I think that's because of the arm, not the hose. Shower head had reduced pressure with this hose. Not sure if that's the hose or the slightly ill fit. Still, worth the few bucks I paid for it.

Great unless you have high pressure!
It's great unless you have high water pressure. Ours worked perfectly for about a month then the rubber hose inside busted. :-(

Looks great, works great
