I have had this flashlight for 40 plus years and still works. The battery I bought works and holds a good charge. Good value for the battery and was delivered within a couple of days.

I needed a replacement battery stick for my Streamlight SL20...this fits the bill...direct replacement. Charged right up...just left it overnight in the charger and it was ready to go...won't know how long it lasts though until I have to recharge...

With an older Streamlight 20X flashlight with the halogen bulb, the battery works as expected.

I read another review where the reviewer said his Kastar battery was shorter than the OEM battery he was replacing. The Kastar battery I received for my Streamlight SL-20 flashlight was also about 1/4 inch shorter than my OEM battery. It would light if I was holding the head of the flashlight in a downward position, but if I raised it, the contact of the battery to the bulb enclosure failed as the battery slipped to the back of the flashlight. The only way it worked in any position was to improvise a shim behind the battery to hold it forward to make up for the -1/4 inch difference of this battery. Just another example of poor Chinese tolerances on the products they manufacture.

Received battery in 4 days and it was charged upon receiving it... I noticed that is had a tag indicating that its Interstate battery. The battery I replaced was a Interstate battery and it only lasted about 4 years with little use of the flashlight. I hope this battery provides more use than my previous one...My streamlight is a SL20 and one of the first ones ever made as I bought it in 1977 for my job as a police officer... It still works fine after 38 years..

Charges up nice and holds the charge.

This was designed for the Streamlight 20X. It is the correct voltage and size but the positive button end is too short to reach the flashlight's terminal when inserted. Don't know why it was manufactured in this manner. Seller honored the purchase by an immediate refund but did not explain why the product was not to specifications for the Streamlight.
