This is inexpensive furniture and for that I think it's a fantastic piece. Yes it's a little short, but the dimensions are listed clearly and it actually fit perfectly in our space. It took a few days to get used to the look - it's low to the ground - but then it felt like it belonged. It actually opened the room up a lot because of not having a high back to block the view. I usually put together all of our furniture myself and this required 2 people and a lot of pushing to get the back attached. I really love the look of the material. And yes it is a little firm, but not uncomfortably so. The one down side for me is that the back top corner looks cheap if you don't have the back against a wall. When you attach the "arm" the back then attaches via velcro and that doesn't sit perfectly and just looks cheap. Ours isn't against a wall so it was bugging me every time I walked past. Fixed it by putting a throw over that corner, but something to keep in mind. Overall really happy with the purchase!

This product took a while to be shipped. Once it shipped I tracked it closely and saw that it was delivered in a different state than mine. I immediately reached out to the company. I received a response in less than 12 hours and they apologized that tracking numbers may have been mixed up and that they were sending a new one. The new one got to us 2 days later! Very good customer service!Trying to assemble chaise was difficult. It was a two person job with lots of sweating. The two pieces are designed to slide together but the placement of the cushions made it nearly impossible to get them in the right spot to engage correctly. Once we got the pieces together we had an issue with one of the screw holes being stripped. We ended up adding our own screw to ensure that the piece was together.After assembly, this piece of furniture is perfect for our room! It is sturdy, it is sleek, perfect size, and comfortable (a little firm). All in all, I am happy with my purchase!

I had this spot in front of the window in my room that just looked...bare. Instead of a a chair or two, I decided I wanted a chaise lounge. I also wanted one with storage.This particular chaise isn't super soft or anything, but it's good for having an extra seat. And although the cushion isn't very plush, I guess a very short person could sleep on it in a pinch.It's the perfect size for what I needed. There's still plenty of room between it and the bed for me to walk. Its not very large so I don't think I would use it in my living room unless it was an accent in a corner somewhere.It was also pretty easy to put together but it did need a couple of people since you need someone holding it together to line up the holes for the other person to allen wrench the screws in.I'm very happy with my purpose.

I was so looking forward to having this pretty little settee in my living room. I’m completely disappointed- there is no way to actually secure the backing to the back arm!1) theres a missing hole.2) the one Allen screw that does go through- doesn’t secure to anything. I’m feeling like I’ve been scammed 😟.Much like a faberge egg - it is Decorative but useless.The video made it look so easy but this design (or manufacturing flaw renders it worthless).

My kid loves it. It’s a pretty sturdy bench with a decent amount of storage for extra blankets. It’s small and kind of hard. I’m hoping it will soften over time. It’s small and the back of the arm is a little unsightly, but if you have it up against a wall it’s fine. It will be good to sit on while getting ready and a good place for my kid to lay on.

I would describe this item as sturdy. It is not the most comfortable on its own, BUT, if you add a pillow and some soft blankets it becomes almost perfect! I am a 6'5" man who ways over 250 and I have never felt it wiggle or thought it was breaking. The fact that it stores things is a nice bonus, hard to use since I want to be on it ALL THE TIME, but nice.It's big flaw is how short it is I can sit up straight on it and have my legs up, but if I slouch even a little I can't.It's big Pro...its price cheaper than any other chair I could find that was sturdy enough to hold me safely. During covid it has been hard for most furniture stores to get product, this arrived within two weeks and was in great condition!

This is not really a chaise. It is a bench with a back and side arm. Make sure to read the dimensions before buying as it is not very big. It also is not very comfortable. I had a very hard time getting the arms secured as they kept popping off the rails they were supposed to slide onto. Also, the screws could have been about a half inch longer. Finally, this feels cheap and had a weird odor. I tried to cancel my order but they were “magically “ able to ship it the very day I cancelled. I tried to return it but I would have to pay the shipping to China. What a freaking rip-off. So I’m forced to keep an overpriced piece of furniture that is small and looks cheap.

I wasn't happy that the delivery truck left it nearer to my garage door instead of on my front porch because it was awkward and heavy to move to that door by myself. I didn't have anyone to help me but after I got it inside, the assembly was fairly easy. I had everything I needed and and it fits perfectly in the space I wanted it to be. It's a nice addition to my room and a great place to sit to put shoes on or to read since it's in front of a sunny window. So I was glad to find it on Amazon. Thanks.
