Not Quite Universal Fit
It took some work, but I did get this to fit my Cub Cadet 25cc SS470 string trimmer. To do so, I had to go through my stash of extra/salvaged bolts to find one long enough and with the right thread pattern, since the supplied adapters didn't work. Once installed, it works just as advertised. One thing: As others have said, the blades on this are thin. They likely can't survive hitting fences, trees, and the like. They did do okay with brush up to 1/4" in diameter, so no problems there. If you use this and like it, I'd suggest you use a couple of drops of blue Loctite on the retaining bolt. It's difficult to tighten down, and it can come loose and drop off. Bit of a PITA to get it back together.

Easy fit on my ECHO brand weed eater
Comes with multiple adapters to fit almost any commercial weed eater. Instructions are simple and straight forward - review your weed eater's manual for instructions for removing the factory "head". Only downside was how fast the blades wore out in heavy brush.. But, hey - easily replaceable. Still going strong (with new blades!).

Very happy with the product!
I have a Dewalt battery operated weed eater and this brush cutter fit it well. I was skeptical to see if it would fit but it did. Works great!

Or as good as Shakespeare version
This went on my weed whacked easily and worked fine on very small twigs and brush. I bought it because it was less expensive than the near exact same thing by shakespeare. However the shakespeare version was a lot more durable, and I was able to cut through saplings and heavy brush with little damage to the unit. If you have light brush and weeds this will do fine. If you plan on cutting through saplings and heavy brish you may want to go with shakespeare version.

Strong
Instructions for mounting were a little confusing. Once mounted held up well even when i got to close and hit solid objects

Had to be ceative at mounting it but worth the effort.
Got it onto my 40V Lithium trimmer after rummaging through the junk box. This is the scariest looking damned thing I have bought this year, but it lives up to it by mowing down small saplings. A friend who grew up in the inner City saw it work, and said, "I could have used this in my old hood." But joking aside, the vegetation here is of the type that makes using a string trimmer very tedious. We have so many tupelo sprouts and sassafras shoots, blackberries, etc. that this "Nuclear Option" is perfect. So far it has lasted just fine, and it is SO fast!Later edit: Last Fall the neighbors want to clear a brushy are to build a gazebo. You wouldn't believe what this did in ten minutes. I fear this is going to b a very borrowed tool.

NOT WORTH THE MONEY
Easy to install but the blades don't hold up in tall grass. They end up bending over or brake off.

Lasted half a day
I put this blade on this morning. Cut one ditch which consisted of what they described it could handle. Well it worked great but there’s nothing left of it. So I guess they should have said they were a “one time use” much like a disposable diaper. Won’t waste my money on this again. Too bad.

Definitely worth it
I decided to clear out a portion of the yard at the cottage. Weeds were one meter high and the stick was almost 25mm thick. The blades cut through them with ease. It’s definitely worth it.
