This is the best stapler for thick packs.I use this to staple the larger tax returns that a regular stapler cannot work on. It is easy on the hand to push the handle. It isn’t very heavy and it is easy to replace staples. I have not had to try the stuck staple feature yet and hope it works when the time comes. But we call this Big John and works very well.

Works perfectly for LARGE documents, 100+ pages
Works like a dream, SO easy to staple large documents, I don't have to put my entire body into it to staple things! The staples are often a bit larger at the back than I want (once they're folded over by the stapler itself) but I purchased this primarily for those 100+ page documents that our other heavy duty stapler can't handle and it works perfectly for those. If you're looking for a stapler to do 20-90pg documents, try the Swingline #35550.

This heavy duty stapler works perfectly. It has replaced a similar model which broke after years of use.
