Callus Building Tool for Guitar Players - Metallic Black

So far, so good! I recently have gotten back into playing guitar and working on building calluses. Due to neck strain, I have to take a break ftom playing and worried about losing what calluses J had built up.I found this tool by accident and I’m glad I ordered it. It’s a bit smaller than Zi thought it would be but that’s OK since I have small hands. It’s very sturdy and well made and feels like it will work well for building up my calluses.I will update this review after I’ve used it for a while.

This item is a great product! It works great and is so well made and durable. It is easy to even carry around. Just a great value.

It's sad that I have to use one of these to keep my finger calluses firm because I don't have the time to play guitar as much as I would like to. But, when I do get to play, I don't have sore fingers which is why I bought it. It works well, would buy again.

It not only helps to rebuild/ maintain callous’s, but it’s almost like a fidget toy or stimulation device but with actual benefits. I have mine clipped onto a carabiner so I can keep it on my belt loop and grab hold and work my fingers constantly, and when I remember to. I’m able to use it most of the day at work as well. Seriously, I was so skeptical but this gripper is legit and well made.

I would like the Ruff Grip a lot more if it was available in a larger size-maybe three and a half inches, instead of two and a half. It helps maintain callouses if you are unable to play guitar for a while.

Great product, this is the only guitar conditioning tool I can see myself using in the future. I’ve tried the finger strengthener to improve finger straightening tools, but didn’t stick with it. This product is so far what I wanted. I used to try to maintain finger calluses when bored by rubbing my fingers on credit card edges, office char plastic textured arm rests and so on. This item is better than anything else. It has a string like texture and fits well in my left hand, but not great in my right. I want to get into taping on guitar, but this product is shaped for left hands. I would of preferred a right and left hand general shape, but it’s still miles better then alternative products, which is why I still rated 5 stars. Perfect and small enough for doing while one hand is available, and sort of a stress reliever as well.

This is a little piece of plastic that works exactly like it is intended. Someclever person realized that it didn't have to be huge, expensive, or evencomplicated and they were right. I admire this ingenuity and am glad I boughtit. It works. I recommend it.

I bought this as I am shopping for a guitar after 10 years without playing. I wanted to have callus before buying one. Well, this thing works great. My fingers are now ready for a good playing. This thing is amazing!
