I like but lack of durability, the conection are no working no more so doesn't heat no more after two washing...

Do not waste your time buying this you'll just have to return it as soon as you get it.
Ordered an extra large for my father fits like man's small. Battery pack was not included even though it clearly states it comes with it. Directions are not in English..

Great but very small
Great product but SUPER small. I’m a medium and ordered an XL and was still way too small

I would buy it again for my dad!
Today is a freezing day so I tried it on! It turns out that the jacket is way warmer than I expected! I only wore a sweater and this coat, which is totally fine for me to stay outside for three to four hours. The heather inside the clothes is not very heavy, and I don't really feel the shape of it. Love this coat!!

Excellent customer service.
Ordered a Large and was too small. Contacted seller and had the matter quickly resolved. Excellent customer service. Only rating 4 stars because I received jacket with no shipping cost but had to pay to send the jacket back to get replacement :(... Fits good now and looks nice. Will update once power-bank arrives.

Good product if you order one size up
It really warms you up in cold weather. Very comfortable and stylish. The only thing is I ordered one size up. I usually wear large, but I had a hunch that el might be better fit and it turned out to be the case
