Excellent printer
This printer does exactly what it's supposed to do and does it extremely well. I'm using it with a large data merged InDesign file to print hundreds of labels at a time and the printer just cranks them out.

Printer Smoking inside and burn! Damaged my computer power supplies and motherboard
Please don’t buy this printer 8/05/22 Friday, my employee smell Smokey and show smoke came out from printer and my computer stoped immediately. Lot of smoke came out from printer and we immediately unplugged and put in the sink and started water! Very scary and thank god no fire!! I hope company can contact us directly and address the issue because I have another printer with same company and model number. Thank you.
