Better than horrible metal clips

I have the Steel Clips but these clips are a nice alternative. Thank you.

Very very useful, saves your pants from getting greasy.

I use for overtrousers for motorbiking. Good quality. Strong enough velcro. Right size. I am happy with those items.

These work brilliantly, much better than clips.

A little narrower than I had expected from the photographs but having said that, they still do their job simply and efficiently. Great price for a simple to fit accessory that may well be one of the most important bits of your costume.

I feel that these bands are rather expensive for what they are. However they substitute for tucking trouser legs into socks and are far better than metal bands. 13" provides for a thin ankle - advice would be to measure up before buying. They are naturally a snug fit and don't breathe in warm weather so can become rather clammy to wear. PS After two years they have lost elasticity but have worked well.

I went to Amazon in search of a pair of old fashioned bicycle clips. It never occurred to me that a few decades had passed and now we could buy such things as ankle garters! They are perfect - and a lot easier to put on and take off than those fiddly old clips.
