I was a highly trained dental assistant who custom made trays and bleached patients teeth then sent them home with their bleaching kit.I myself had my own kit and many more thereafter until I became ill and had to stop practicing dentistry. After being disabled for over 10 years, heavy coffee use, etc. the enamel on my teeth had become yellowed and needed bleaching badly.I purchased this kit as it is supposed to be 44% carbamide peroxide and our take home bleach kits contained only 35% carbamide peroxide.The trays provided with this kit were fairly easy to manipulate, although it took me several times in extremely hot water to get them right.I am completely impressed with this bleaching gel. I had the trays in for a half an hour and my teeth are almost back to the whiteness they were when I was working and bleaching. I think with one more half an hour bleaching, my teeth will be back to their pearly whiteness!I will then keep the remainder of the bleaching gel in the drawer at the bottom of my refrigerator until I need to use it again.It is recommended by bleach gel companies to keep the unused portion of any bleaching gel in the refrigerator to extend its life. This is where we kept the bleaching kits in our dental office, in our lab refrigerator.I have extremely sensitive teeth and have to use sensitive toothpaste continually. This bleach gel hardly made my teeth sensitive at all.I would recommend this teeth whitening trays and bleach gel to everyone.

My teeth aren't super sensitive (Crest strips usually cause only mild discomfort), and these were slightly more uncomfortable. However, using the trays was difficult. The instructions say to put them in warm water, not hot - this is not sufficient. I had to boil water, remove the water from the stove, immediately dip each tray for about 10 seconds (until they visibly began to change shape), then put them in my mouth to form them to my teeth. I repeated this process 2-3 times per tray before I had well-fitted trays.The solution was not gritty and did not taste bad as another review on a similar product stated. Like some others, it did make my gums white and numb for several hours. But, my teeth are noticeably whiter after one 35-minute treatment. I think my teeth will be as white as I want them to be before all the tubes are used.

I had very discolored teeth from over ten years of smoking. My teeth are not white after only 2 uses, but they are in fact several shades lighter. There are instructions included on how to avoid gum irritation.

I would like to first say that it definitely whitens the teeth! The reason I didn't give it in all five star review was because the taste is horrible! I have used a different whitener and they don't all taste like that. If I was to recommend it to a friend, I would recommend it for the whitening ability but would probably recommend a different brand because of the taste. I do like the fact that it comes with the trays that you can form to your teeth and the case to put them in. The price was excellent also.

It works, but messy to use and I had some gum irritation. Follow directions to avoid issues. Teeth are whiter.

Contents came as loose items in a box. Makes the purity questionable. Mouthguards are not made very well. First use caused my teeth to be SUPER sensitive for 2 days. Will probably not use the remaining 9 applications. I would not purchase this product again and am hesitant to recommend.

I like the smaller syringes. They seem to be doing what they're supposed to do.
