OSC Automotive Products, Inc Cooling Products 1682 New Radiator

This is listed as OEU replacement. It is NOT! Does not come with plugs, so it will not fit a car with manual transmission. (Some of the hardware for automatic is even the wrong thread) The original has a holder for the overflow tank, this does not, so good luck modifying it yourself. Absolutely useless product, that will only cost your time and money.

Came quick and well pkged. Exact fit on my 1999 Jeep Wrangler Sahara manual with 4.0. Everything lined up and fit well, no drilling required. Maybe 90 min job.

The only issue was the self tapping screws included to hold the shroud on were junk. I reused the old ones. Be sure and mount the shroud then take it back off before installing the radiator. If you don't you'll never get the tapping screws in.

UPDATE: I purchased this in October 2014, just blew on me today, July 5 2019. Dropping 3 stars. Appears to solidly built. Fits my TJ perfectly. Easy to install and so far, works flawlessly.

A good quality heavy radiator, comes with a selection of fittings for the auto transmission cooler pipes. Fitted straight into my 2000 Jeep wrangler, but the holes for the overflow bottle did not line up so had to drill new. Fitted with a new Stant rad cap works a treat in the Dubai heat. Update April 15 only lasted 3 months and the plastic header split from the filler hole to the far corner, so had to junk it. bit the bullet and paid the money for a Mopar original, no contest, the Mopar is far better build quality and far exceeds the cooling of this item. It was not even hot here in Dubai as it was winter. Just be careful selecting non original cooling parts for the Jeep as they do not work, Fitted all original fan clutch and fan as well and runs really cool now even with the ac on.

Arrived a day late with some bent or bowed aluminum, and just simply wouldn't fit. A full inch too short for my 2002 Wrangler X. Very lightweight, too. Steer clear.

...and then I couldn't believe the quality! Worth much more than I paid. Fantastic radiator! It fits my 95 Wrangler PERFECTLY.

I ordered this for my 92 YJ because of the great reviews, but I got mine installed and filled up and before I even turned the motor over I noticed it leaking out of a tiny crack in the plastic seam by the drain spout.
