Perfect match for Whirlpool biscuit colored stove
I had a small chip on the edge of my Whirlpool biscuit colored stove, which exposed a small area of the black stovetop. I kept thinking there was a fly sitting on the edge of my stove! So I started looking online for something to repair the chip, and found this touch-up paint. This is a PERFECT match! It has the consistency of nail polish, and is applied like nail polish with a small brush attached to the cap. I applied several coats, letting it dry completely between coats. The chip is barely noticeable now, and once I give it a light sanding to smooth out the unevenness, I don't think anyone but me will know it's there. Great product at a reasonable price!

This little bottle of paint saved my stove!
Our stove had so many little rusted places that I thought we'd have to get a new one. I purchased this paint thinking that, with a price so much less than that of a new stove it was worth a shot.... I cleaned my stove down with a grease removing cleaner, sanded down the rust, and then painted it. AMAZING RESULTS! I was afraid that with the tiny bottle I wouldn't have enough paint, but it covered the small areas with just one coat and you can't even tell that the rust spots were there. This bottle goes a long way because it doesn't take much paint to cover but it is definitely for touch ups. If you had a large area to do you might have to get a few bottles (it's only the size of a nail polish bottle and not completely full) or look for a larger container. It did cover all of the areas of my stove though and there was paint left over.

Exactly what I needed
I wish I’d taken a before and after picture. I have an 18 year old bisque Whirlpool refrigerator that for some reason had rust from the paint coming off under the water dispenser. My first attempt to find appliance touch up came up with only ceramic touch up. Coming back to amazon, I found exactly what I was looking for. It’s actual appliance touch up paint. It comes in a small bottle with a brush like fingernail polish. The bisque is as close as I could hope for. I cleaned up the areas with rubbing alcohol and it seems to have adhered great. It made my fridge look good again!!! I couldn’t bring myself to buy a new refrigerator just because it has rusty spots on it.

Refrigerator touch-up paint
What what I was looking for to touch up a few dings at the bottom of a Maytag refrigerator. The color matched perfectly.

Extravagantly Over-Priced
The product works OK but can "washout" if exposed to faucet water or heat. The web description says it works on stoves but the product label says it is "Flammable!" Overall, this provides exceptionally poor value. The bottle is smaller than a standard bottle of "Whiteout" which costs $1.54 while this Whirlpool white touch-up costs $12.83--an outrageous mark-up!

This touch up paint is a perfect match!
When I received the paint I didn’t shake it enough. I wiped it off re-cleaned with acetone reapplied it let it dry then reapplied. For a touch up paint it looks good.

Not perfect, but good enough
You will notice a slight color difference if you know exactly where to look, but this solution is much less expensive than having the stovetop resurfaced with enamel. I called a paintshop specializing in enamels and received a quote of $105. This has worked and looks better than I expected. After two months, the paint seems to be holding up.
