Great educational toy
I got it for my 2 yr old, so that we introduce numer to her, and our5 yr old, loved it as well since he can practice his additions and sutractions in a fun way. Highly recomended.Monkeys might be small for little kids, so only use with supervision. Easy assembly, easy tu use, and has cards divided in three colors, offerenig 3 levels of difficulty making it great to cover several ages, and learning different things through out.

Does not balance properly!
I really wanted to love this item. It’s a great concept with 0 quality control. I would give it no stars if I could. The scale is not balanced even when there is nothing on it. When you add the weights it is even more off balance. I feel like the would be more confusing than helpful in teaching number value.

Fun in learning at a very young age
I was a bit suprised to say the least when I heard that my young daughter should be playing with these toys. It was hard to wrap my head around the fact that she would be able to recognize and figure out how to balance the scale but with some tips for other parents and some patience, I can at least say that the concept is at least in her head right now and from what I gather, that's all we can hope for at this age. I'm happy that I can take the time with her during each new phase of her life to further stretch that elastic brain of hers. I was sure she wouldn't be learning these types of things until she was being schooled on them but with this toy, it has been fun for her to learn and fun for me to teach!
