These cycling shorts are an excellent value. I'm a first time buyer of a pair of medium shorts. First about the fit: I'm 5-11" / 180 lbs with a 32" waist and an athletic build, and the shorts fit well. They are perfectly snug and the elastic at the waist and thighs isn't too tight. Second about the quality: They are well made but the fabric is on the thin side, but is just fine. The fabric texture is nice and the material very breathable. The blue colored stripes are attractive and match my bike. Third about the comfort: The padding in the crotch is substantial and well placed, and after 2 rides these shorts definitely provide a more comfortable ride on my race bike. I highly recommend these shorts and will likely buy a 2nd pair.

Purchased my first pair two years ago and needed a second pair. I purchased two other brands this time, including an Amazon best seller, but neither brands fit, nor were as comfortable.

Pay no attention to the size recommendation chart on the product information page - (maybe it's metric)! Based on the manufacturer's recommendation, I ordered 2XL... was that ever wrong! I returned for XL and even that's too big. I may keep the second pair simply because I have no padded liners, but I will most certainly order Large if I choose these again. Be aware that the leg elastic is not at all sturdy, and once stretched, it keeps that new shape. I recommend you order whatever size you normally wear, and don't even look at the sizing chart provided. I hate to keep returning goods because the product description is wrong.

I purchased these to replace a pair of padded bike pants that I had been using for several years on road bikes. I typically wear these underneath a pair of un-lined athletic shorts. Compared to my old shorts, the padding in these shorts are like riding in a Cadillac versus to a 1990s Datsun. When I first tried on the pants, I was worried the extra padding in the buttocks would look odd or be uncomfortable if I'm walking around a town after a long ride. However, these concerns were unfounded. I typically wear 30"W pants, and the small fit me well. The shorts are a little longer on my legs than my old pair, reaching a few inches above my knee, which was nice as it helped block the sun on the top of my legs. I would definitely buy these again. If these deteriorate after long term use, I'll be sure to update the review.

Good fit and materials. Brand new still so cannot comment on durability but initial quality is good - 👍🏼 on price-value!

Souke cycling underwear fit well, do not chafe and no one will even know you are wearing them under any shorts you choose to go above them.
