I'm a 5'5 woman and I ordered a large. I used this as a costume. It worked great and was nice quality, but the belt loops landed low on my hips instead of my waist, and the legs were about 5inches too long. (I won't count this against the product because it definitely wasn't made for me!!)

I’m 5’7” and the inseam was too short. Otherwise, it fit pretty well.
