Well made and comfortable socks for those with circulation issues
I purchased 12 pairs of your socks in June of 2019. My husband broke his ankle a few months before. I must have bought a dozen or so different brands of “loose and diabetic” socks and they all were uncomfortable and left marks on his ankle. Then, I found yours, and they are soft and loose at the tops, but they do not fall down when he wears them. My washing machine has eaten a few and only one sock became worn at the heel. The picture shows how good they look after two years of washing and wearing.I have just ordered 12 more pairs.Thank you for making a great, well-fitting product.I’m editing my 2019 review of these socks, but only because my husband has been quite ill and has been in an assisted living facility for more than a year, and it’s time to order more. The socks remained free of tears, rips, or stretches by commercial washing machines, but sadly, there is no way to keep them from disappearing from the facility’s laundry. Almost twenty pairs of socks are now nine pairs, so I am ordering more of the solid colors. I find those with colored heels or any design are tighter and more difficult for him to dress himself.Thank you again for making great socks whose advertising claims “comfortable sock tops” truly do mean it.

They are gentle
They are gentle but still make a ridge in my swollen lower leg. Not as bad as other socks and they stay up. So far, best I've found.

These are poor copy of the real thing
I am sooo very disappointed with these socks. Last year, I bought this brand of diabetic sock at a Red Apple in Canada. They turned out to be the BEST socks ever!!! My poor mother is 92 and has very sensitive skin and ankles--these socks were soft, a nice cotton, and very comfortable. They were perfect for her.For Christmas I searched Amazon for these and found the brand, but they were only available from Briton--not Canada--but the same label. So I bought them as a surprise even though they were pricy coming from UK. They changed all the good things about the sock--1 the size is not true--see my photo, the blue one is the good sock, the red is the UK version. You can see the men's size 6-11 is smaller than the Canadian version. The blue one is soft, non binding, right size, and no seams inside to bug your toes. The red one is HORRIBLE--it's tight--would NEVER fit a man's 11--it has a stiff scratchy seam on the toe (the blue has NO seam on toe), it binds on the leg, and it is not a soft cotton--it's a stiff cotton. also, they embroidered their f-ing name on the arch so that scratches the inside of the foot too! I feel so bad for getting this for my mom. All the good things about this sock are gone and I don't know what happened but don't get these socks if you want comfort. they ruined them. they are anything but gentile--they are scratchy and tight--and the ad says 7 to 12 but the socks I got are 6 to 11!

Fine socks
These are fine gentle-grip socks. A couple of years ago, they were not durable. The seller must have changed manufacturers , because they are now a little bit more "grippy" around the ankle but also much more durable.

Wow! Comfy, Non-Binding Cotton Socks
I'm not diabetic. I just can't stand socks with very tight tops. I work for FedEx Express so comfortable socks are more than just a nice thing to have. These are among the most comfortable, non-restrictive socks I've ever worn. Well-made and nearly 100 percent cotton. The one, slight downside is that they shrink some in length. But nothing crazy. Still perfectly fine.Definitely worth the money.UPDATE 7 December ‘21:Guess I typed too soon. While they don’t cut off circulation, I’ve consistently found these socks to be just noticeably too tight for comfort. They are different than the Gentle Grips I bought a few years ago. Perhaps they’re just a knock off. Or the design was changed. I would not buy them again.

They are a good sock and do not shrink when Washed.
I liked the feel and the ease of use. They still cut in to my legs a little However I can live with that. Its my problem not the socks. the sock stay in place and do not roll down. This is one good sock for the money. Highly recommended.

NO MARKS ON ANKLES
We have been looking for a nice sock that doesn't leave huge creases around the ankles. My husband's ankles tend to swell occasionally and tight bands around ankles are not good. We have tried a few others but these, so far, are the best. They are nice and soft but not too thin. I do wish they came in a little heavier sock but this works.

Best dress socks for ankles that swell
When one sits a lot ankles can swell up especially with tight sock tops. These are the best I have found that eliminates the problem
