Sweese 201.111 Porcelain Tea Mug with Infuser and Lid, 15 OZ, Frosted Lightgray

This tea mug is nice looking, BUT the cover/top is very loose, and not very secure. It slides around A LOT and even leaves gaps between the mug and the cover, and that helps to cool the tea inside. For me, this is not a good thing. Speaking of cooling down very quickly, even after adjusting the cover to fully enclose the heat inside... the tea still seems to cool down very quickly for some reason. My old mug would keep my tea hot for over an hour, while this mug was maybe half that, or less. Just not a big of this one. Had high hopes, but now pretty disappointed.

It’s quiet a good mug to infuse tea except for the little bumps on the left upper side of the cup. The real problem is the edge of the tea leaf infuser is too sharp. I’ve got cut on my thumb when I had washed it before the first time use. Never let your child to touch or play with it.

Great mug. Beautiful and good quality. I like that it is larger too. My only knock is the lid doesn't sit securely in place like other mugs of this style I have from other companies. It slides and never locks in place.

Great mug, easy to clean, which makes me happy. Came with a coupon for a free tea scoop, but they never delivered on the offer even though I sent the FB message and order info as instructed

Purchased 2 for gifts and 1 for myself. All three of us enjoyed using our mugs. I was surprised mine cracked around the bottom up the side , the water was not boiling, the cup was not cold, was just a top off. One of the giftees later asked where I got the mug, as their's had also cracked around the bottom. Giftee 3 asked if there was a matching pot - we've both decided to wait & see if cup 3 makes it :) .

Very little insulation. I love almost everything about it. I burn my hands every time I use it

I purchased as a gift. It works well. Cleans up well.

Product is good quality and as described. Fast shipping! I like the fact that you can put it in the microwave to heat up the water so I can use at work where I don’t have a tea pot and can’t boil water.
