1983-91 Replacement for Ford and International 6.9 7.3L IDI Diesel Injector Return Line Injector install kit

This is what I needed. I bought before, thought I was getting for the early design but they were larger, and leaked really bad. These are working great!

Had more than enough hose for a few mistakes. Cut one hose too long and the next too short. Unfortunately couldn't swap them but there is enough hose to finish the job. The clamps are nice n tight. My stock collars are in good shape, so I cannot speak to another reviewer that said they are too big for the 6.9L injectors.Great buy! Fixed my fuel leaks.

Plastic caps fit loose, leaked right away. 1991 7.3 IDI

Had to reuse one of the old injector hats as they did not all match the old ones. But fixed all my fuel leaks and increased my fuel mileage.

Worked perfect on my 1987 F-250 6.9l Diesel.

In my opinion as an auto shop, the o-rings are a little loose. I had two injectors leak after install and I know it's the o-ring fitment because all I did to stop the leak was rotate the plastic piece on one and clean and reinstall on another. The amount of fuel line you get is enough to have decent slack so make sure you size up to your old lines correctly. The clamps are also pretty weak but they work. I've bought one of these kits from another brand for another truck in the past and I'm sure they're all made in the same factory, you know how that goes.

I guess it’s a hit or miss with this brand. For me it was a complete waste of money. The hose is good the o rings and washers are also good. The problem is with the plastic caps. They fit loose and not snug on the injector so the result is bad diesel leaks.
