I was looking for long and sharp knife for meat cutting specially to remove fat from Chicken and lamb. I used this for removing chicken fat and this work great. Long handle makes it easy to use. and its really sharp and remove fat with no effort. Using this for vegetables also from last few days.Handle is comfortable to grip. I am not a professional chef who use it for hours everyday but this knife is much more comfortable then all my previous knives.It comes with 18 month warranty which I not think you really need to use.Recommended for meat cutting specially. For hard veggies it will be helpful.

The presentation on this knife is so nice! Has a very sturdy handle and very sharp. Won’t have problem cutting through anything! Comes in a livery elegant box which would be great for a gift as well. For the price your getting your money worth plus more!

The knife is extremely well made, and is an excellent buy at the price. I was looking for a not-too-expensive chef knife for my daily use, and this one more than exceeds my expectations. The product comes in a nice box (see pictures), and is overall very aesthetically pleasing. The build quality is solid and the blade is extremely sharp (see my paper slicing video which demonstrates the knife's sharpness). Beautful. Nice shape making it easy to handle. What is refered to as "Sharpener" also works as stainless steel "Soap". Rub it between your hands under cold water to remove odors like Garlic. The rivets attaching the handles to the tang dont sit flush but mine does not affect it's use. It is gorgeous.

I love, love, love this knife. I've been looking for and buying chef knives that I'd hoped would cut well, hold up well, and not cost a hundred dollars! Well, I'm throwing away the others and sticking with this one. A great, economical little work horse.

This is a great knife for the money. I'm a professional chef and use it every day. I will tell you that it is very light and the weight is all in the handle.
