I like the two compartments top and bottom configuration. We used as bottle carrier for a while and now I'm using it as a lunch bag and I love it. I can keep warm foods separate from cold foods,drinks or snacks. The part we hated is that it is too small for the pump.

Used this to travel while breast pumping. I carried my medela pump in the bottom and milk on top. Everything fits just perfectly! With an ice pack you can keep your milk cold for a couple hours.
