Silk Cooling Weighted Sleep Eye Mask-Relief for Headache/Migraine Relief/Sinus Pain/Puffy Dry Eyes, (Glass Beads）

I just had my first night of use. It was great. It seems to be well constructed, fit well, did not smell, had the perfect weight, and blocked out light. Would I buy it again? Yes!

I truly love this mask. I agree, that it does not stay cool long, but it's long enough to cool me off and let me get comfortable enough to sleep (joys of menopause!). I loved the weight having anxiety, it was just enough pressure to help. However, many have mentioned theirs having a lavender smell and mine did not. Also, I put it in the microwave to heat and it began to spark and when I pulled it out, it had begun to melt. I'm chalking that up to my dumbness because I didn't remove the bead pack from the covering.

The mask was comfy and the weighted filler was nice. But the advertised temperature trait of the filler bag didn't live up. I put it in the freezer during the day and the cold only lasted about 30s-1min.It's nice just don't let the temp feature be the deciding factor.

I use just the outer part of the mask to cover my eyes while I sleep. The material is very soft and it is made very well, not cheap looking. There is 1 thing that I was disappointed about. If you place the inner part in the freezer , I left it in there all day, it does not stay cold for very long, maybe 10 minutes. I haven't tried heating it in the microwave yet. Love the smell of the lavender though.

I really liked the weighted cooling eye mask, until my 8 year old a hold of it and lost the eyemask. The product is good.

As far as the weight and how the product is made it's really soft and comfortable HOWEVER I gave it 1 star because it smells like it was stored somewhere next to a dead rat or mouse, washed it and the smell is still there. I have a very sensitive nose and therefore can not use this product I spent 15 bucks on. Very disgusted with this as it is literally meant to be on the face all night.6/17/2020The seller has kindly reached out to me to offer an apology, explanation (possible water damage) and offered a refund or replacement. I chose to have a replacement sent as I believe it IS a good quality mask, I probably received a bad one sadly. Will update again once I receive the replacement. Great customer serving though.6/25/2020The seller has sent me a replacement mask and it in NO WAY smells the same way the original one sent did. Not only was customer service kind and accommodating, they made sure I was sent a replacement in a timely manner. The mask has a brand new smell to it and I am over all pleased with the product. I must have just received a mask with some water damage as was told to me by customer service. I would recommend this mask.

Mist importantly it helps when I have a bad headache I keep it in the freezer and sleep with it ,it really helps u get sleep when ur head hurts.

I specifically need an eye mask that makes contact with my eyelids, to help keep them closed all the way, the weighted insert is shaped away from the eye, I could fully open my eyes while wearing it. I did keep it, I'm using the outer case to cover the gel bead filled masks I use.

I leave the insertable bag in the freezer (in the included plastic zipper bag) and then put inside the cover, silk side down. Very nice cooling. Not too heavy. There's a little bit of a mistake in the sewing of the cover of the mask so the insert doesn't go all the way down, but it's minor.Hate the strap. Too short and I don't like the plastic looping. It's not comfortable. But I dont really need the strap because the bag rests evenly without it, so i just leave it off.
