Works just as they are supposed to. I wish the chrome plating was a bit thicker. I got the smallest size and they are actually small. Sometimes sizes on Chinese products are not accurate. On this product size was acvurate

I study wing chun and my coach told me to get a whole set to teach me the praying mantis form. Heavy, just watch your measurement of your wrists

Yep. Steel rings. My only complaint is the coating flaking off on one of the rings, but that's not exactly going to stop it from being used, now is it? I'm tempted to complain about markup, but after a bit of research, if these are actually stainless steel it's about right. I'm probably going to get a few more as my scrawny arms let 'em awkwardly clatter around a lot. More rings, less space for them to move, right?Keep in mind that these are individual rings, not pairs of rings. Be kind of silly to have a ring on one arm and nothing on the other, right?Minus a star for the aforementioned flaking, but if half-stars were a thing, I'd have done only half a star off.

I got a size too large but they still had a good feel. Weighty. They get cold very fast.
