I like this Magnesium. Other types I have taken are mostly pills but this one comes in a high dose, capsule and I believe that capsules dissolve better making the Magnesium much more available to do what it needs to do in your body. would prefer a 500 mil cap but not available... 1000 mg seems to cause some constipation but if I split the caps and make two... I don't have to take all at once...
