S&G Tool Aid 35600 Diesel Engine Tester Adapter

I used this finally today and it works fine but after doing 8 cylinders, 2 twice on the cummins, the hold down was bending, hence 4 stars, I did straighten it in the vice but for the price I don’t think a steel hold down would be out of the question and I was using the dewalt 1/4 hex impact driver to tighten and loosen the bolts so it wasn’t like I got at it with the 1” impact, I would buy this again just expect to have to straighten then hold down

Love this little tool works perfect and very well made! If you are in need of a way to compression test a cummins 5.9 with electronic injectors this is a must have.

I only gave it 4 stars because it's brass or maybe bronze rather than steel but that's probably for easier machining of the tool which contributes to the lower price than some other adapters. It worked fine on my '02 Dodge Ram Cummins.

Good quality, worked as promised. Necessary for Cummins diagnosis. Used it the day I received it on a 5.9Lin conjunction with the S&G Tool Aid Compression Tester, and was able to quickly diagnose a dead cylinder.

Had to do some modifications to it to make it hook up to a compression gauge but it does the job now. I cut the air connection nipple off and drilled and tapped to 1/8NPT.
