Excellent service, good product
Highly appreciate the proactive attitude, when the pin didn't fit my set-top box, they replaced it rapidly and without hassle with the right one. Would strongly recommend the product. Thank you.

Poor Quality
On 2nd use, this stopped working very cheap quality

Dead and started working automatically
Died after month, the adapter is gone mad, like sometimes it gives power to the set top box and most it attempts as dead.. Edit: now it's working fine, but the led dosent glow, they before it wasn't working but then suddenly there was a change in it as it started to work

Assistance from company Unix even before ordering
Assistance before ordering helped me buy the correct product for my external hard disk

Check voltage output via multimeter
Before direct use check the voltage output. Sometimes it happens it delivers more than the ratings mentioned. Overall a good product other than i get 18 volt output instead of 12 volt mentioned rating.

Working properly
I have used about 10 times till now and it looks okay product. Price is higher looking to the quality. But it works as expected.
