SharpYO-520P Memo Master

I purchashed this product in the spring of 2010. The product starting losing pixels with each week of use. It is now 4 months later and the product is essentially useless because there are so many pixels missing I cannot read anything that I programmed into it.When I contacted the seller about this problem after 2 months of use I was told that I was trying to scam her. I am the one who has been scammed, as I purchased a defective product that is now unusable.

This organizer arrived in perfect condition and in its original box. It works BEAUTIFULLY. And it arrived on the date that was promised. God bless you, 805dealz!!

Great product. It's every bit as portable as a cell phone. Keeping all my important phone numbers and notes on my cell has always been a concern for me. In early 2K I had this product for several years and really loved it. It became non-functional about a decade ago due to taking it to Jamaica, where the humidity "killed" it. I've been been looking for another one, off and on, for a long time. The only problem is that it no longer comes with instructions and I've forgotten how to use some of the functions.

i have an existing one with data on it and could n ot transfer the data to the new unit or to my computer

A little disappointing. Versatile options but rather complicated to use and screen smaller that I imagined. Seems to work fine once once your memos and addresses/numbers are loaded. Probably would not order again.

This is my 3rd one. Lost one. 2nd one broke down. This 3rd is okay - but some names& addresses that I transferred from the 2nd one to this 3rd are missing. Ken AWhat do I do with this 3rd organizer. It is defective - words are not clear. How can I transfer informations from my previous Organizer to this new one. Who can I contact to help me? I have had this model since 1997 it is easy to use. The screen on mine blanked out and I couldn't find anyone to repair it. Shipper did excellent product arrived as stated.

I ORDERED THIS ITEM. IT ARRIVED PROMPTLY BUT DID NOT WORK. ADVISED THEM OF THIS AND SENT IT BACK REQUESTING A REFUND. THEY CHARGED ME A $79.00 RESTOCKING FEE. ARE THEY GOING TO RESELL THIS ITEM THAT IS DEFECTIVE? THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE TO ME.
