I have used this product and pure natural herbs also very effective. Would recommend this product who is using inhalers ,i think this is batter and stays long ....very happy with this product....will recommend to friends and family

This product is very good with natural ingredients and smalls best, and packaging and delivery is also good. Fully filled with herbal ingredients, no added chemicals or other harmful things, better to buy this product instead of small inhalers.

This product seems genuine..I can't put my finger on what the smell is (some fruit?) but it is not unpleasant; in fact it is strongish as a cold-relieving inhalant shld be...Worth it i think...basically this is a Vicks sized bottle with the herbal inhalant inside a netted bag...so you inhale on the top of the netting after opeining cap.

It has a very rejuvenating aroma. It clears chocked nose at one go. a Long inhalation of Khun Prema takes you to a very different world all together.

Not that good product. Fragrance is not coming as expected.

My son bought a thing from Thailand.it was excellent.compared to that this is ok ok.

Other thai balms are economic and more effective
